Technical Coating Materials for The Coil Coating Industry
Our focus here is on heat-sealable adhesion promoters for thermoplastics, thermosets and vulcanization adhesion promoters for elastomers.
But we are also the right contact when it comes to functional coatings with special properties such as electrical conductivity, abrasion resistance, sliding properties, temperature resistance and much more.
Topcoats for the coil coating industry
We can produce various shades of high-quality decorative polyester topcoats in small and very small batches using a paste system.
Bonding agents and vulcanization adhesion promoters
We have successfully adapted many of the adhesion promoters developed for coil coating for spray and brush application. Various adhesion promoters for NR, NBR, EPDM, SBR, FPM, PVC, PP, ABS, PA, PU, TPE … are available for our customers.
Varnishes and emulsion paints
Whether highly opaque emulsion paint or diffusion-open silicate paint, synthetic resin paints in the typical “Bergisches Grün” (mountain green) or epoxy resin primers – our experienced employees develop suitable solutions and are at your side with advice and support.
