OverviewThanks to our flat steel experts, we offer a wide range of high-quality cold-rolled steels. Surfaces can be finished through electro galvanizing and/or custom cutting. Our large spool systems, with over 200,000 meters of metal strip per spool, minimize setup times and machine downtime.
All stages of the cold rolling process are perfectly coordinated and continuously monitored by our quality and process management systems. The rolling mills, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, guarantee production of the highest quality.

Using a liquid application process or by extrusion

- Liquid coating enables layer thicknesses of 10–100 μm
- Rubber coatings produced by extrusion enable layer thicknesses of up to 2000 μm
- Rubber-coated metals are used anywhere where damping, insulating, or vibration-damping properties are required
- All rubber coatings can also be finished with technical coatings such as lubricating coatings, anti-slip coatings, anti-adhesive coatings, or high-temperature resistant coatings
- Typical applications include: engine and transmission seals, brake components such as shims and abutment clips, equipment housings, metal roofs, bearings, fasteners, or covers
