Cold rolled steels

From unhardened to feather hard

Through our strip steel expert, we offer a wide range of high-quality cold-rolled steels. Electrolytic galvanizing and/or dimensional cutting can be used to finish the surfaces. The large coil systems with over 200,000 meters of metal strip per coil minimize set-up times and machine downtime.

All process steps of cold rolling are perfectly coordinated and continuously monitored by our quality and process management. The rolling stands with the latest technology guarantee the highest quality production.

Functional and decorative coating systems

Our SI-Coating companies develop and produce coating materials for metal coil coating and related areas. They also specialize in the development and manufacture of customized paints and coatings for all applications.

The specialists’ product range includes technical, functional and decorative coating materials that are individually tailored to the requirements and needs of our customers. In doing so, they work closely with our customers to provide them with customized solutions.

Coatings for your challenges

In coil coating, the product range of the HUEHOCO GROUP specialists includes a variety of coatings for different applications. They offer both decorative and weather-resistant coatings, as well as system solutions for a firm connection of the metal strip with various rubber compounds and/or plastics.

In addition, their product range includes high-temperature resistant coatings, particularly slippery and anti-stick systems, and directly rubberized or plastic-coated metal belts for technical applications.

The complete range of roll cut and punched metal strips

HUEHOCO’s rolling and slitting belt experts are united under one roof in the ACP Group. Together, they offer a wide selection of over 400 varieties of stamped and roll-cut metal strips that can be used in a wide variety of sealing systems.

To produce the scaffold tapes, the companies use only high-quality raw materials such as steel, aluminum and stainless steel, which are purchased from certified suppliers.

Your specialist for forming technology

We also have the right contact person in our ranks when it comes to the topic of punching and bending technology. The product range here includes a large number of high-precision stamped parts and geometrically complex stamped and bent products. Whether cold rolled strip, stainless steel or aluminum, our specialist processes almost all materials, regardless of whether the metal strip is already painted, coated or bare.
Thanks to an internal design department and in-house toolmaking, customers can expect maximum flexibility and thus gain a decisive competitive advantage.
